This is my best exchange to date. They have insurance and have not been hacked. I get some awesome APR rates and they do have some really good charts to trade from. So, let loose the Kraken. You will find them here.
I did a short piece after I first started to use Kraken. I was flustered and impatient . Why do they have to be so picky ? Well; when you consider how much money is at stake (not a pun) then you will appreciate the security that Kraken offers. You can read my 1st article here.
Really though , they not only have a great learning site called Kraken Intelligence but great charts and I do capture some really great rewards with my staked coin. So check out these guys. And if you run into a wall and can't navigate like you want, they have tutorials and a chat room with real people that respond quickly. ( not some other exchanges I use) .

All exchanges could take lessons from banks as to the customer point of view and ease of use rather than the view of a coder or programmer. More like a bank platform instead of a engineering command line tool.
Overall, Kraken has the best customer service I have encountered so far. I hear some noise about Gemini, but I have not used them yet.
Most of the others have no customer service unless you are willing to wait 45 days for a return email. (or 60,or 90, or maybe never). Kraken has a new mobil platform, but I wonder how the security is? I tried to on-board some fiat, but they don't recognize my bank.( like all the others do). So buy your coin somewhere else and then send it to Kraken. Unless you want to go the old fashioned way with carrier pigeons and a wire transfer.

I too, stake on the Kraken. This is an excellent group to have on your side especially if this whole new exciting world of crypto is still mysterious and daunting, it certainly was for me at first, and still is largely. I get so much help here, these folks make it easier everyday!
