Our nations Capitol has passed new laws to protect the people from themselves. It seems as the vast percentage of residents living in Wash. DC are underprivileged and not able to make choices for themselves. They need politicians and experts to enforce laws to protect the residents.
Kinda like the laws we have seen proposed to control the internet and of course now ..... Crypto Currency. Where is the balance between our wanting protection from criminals and wanting freedom to choose our destiny. Do you know?
Again, the residents of Wash DC are not able to discern between good tobacco and dangerous tobacco (flavored). Because of this immediate health crisis, the government along with recommendations from the CDC , NIH, and many other health experts will now force these resident to abandon dangerous tobacco and use unflavored tobacco. This technique has been used successfully in "The War On Drugs" for the last 40+ years. It is expected to take awhile before all the lawbreakers are arrested. While incarcerated, it will be legal to smoke menthol cigarettes. Just not if you are free and living in DC.
